First Staff Meeting for Izumicon 2010

Interested in being on staff for Izumicon 2010?

Our first staff meeting will be held on February 21, 2010 @ 3pm. Location is still to be determined and will be posted as soon as we have a definite location.

The meeting has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict with the convention center.
However, we will have a staff 'get together' and go bowling instead that afternoon

We'll post the name/address/price of the bowling alley later tonight.


******NOTE FROM CAIN- Due to multiple staffer requests, we will not be doing the bowling this weekend, but will instead have it following the first staff meeting. Details will follow. We do apologise!

Ok, turns out this meeting is going to conflict with some school obligations I have for that day. So my question is do we have to make it to this meeting if we wanna be on staff, or can we miss this meeting but make it to all of the other ones and still be on staff? Is there any idea how long this will last, because I may be able to show up later.

Apparently the bowling alley isn't answering their phone. We have someone going over to talk to them in person for the info.

haah, it looks like we MIGHT bowl after whenever the meeting is. there's an alley right down the road from the con, so that's feasible!

I thought today's Actual Live, Really-Did-Happen meeting was nice and solid. It just makes me even more excited for this year!
